If you have downloaded the most recent version of Internet Explorer(v. 7) your links may not be working properly and some other features may not be available. Make sure you have the latest version of the program. The most current updates are available here. You may also need to adjust the following settings on your computer.

Click on the Start menu.
Click on Control Panel
Open Internet Options by double-click or right-click and open
The Internet Properties will open
Click on the Security Tab
Find the "Custom level..." button and click on that
Scroll down and enable the following settings

Under Scripting:

1. Active scripting
2. Allow Programmatic clipboard access
3. Allow status bar updates via script

Click Ok
Click Yes
Click Ok

Program crashes when clicking on a link.

Users should downoload and install the latest update. You can download the update here.

"File copy not OK.7" error message

If you get this error you should have a file named notelist.txt located in C:\Program Files\Harmony Media\name of your program\notes\ by default. Renaming or deleting it should keep the error from coming up.

Script error that will not let you access the program.

You will need to uninstall the program, delete the remaining program folder usually found inside C\:Program Files\Harmony Media\.
Reinstall the program. If you installed an earlier version from a disc and need to download and install an update please make sure to open the program once and close it before installing an update. This is usually where the script error problem originates.

We will hopefully have an update that will take care of this error without the uninstall process.

Error when checking for updates.

Otherwise please send an email (harmonytech@harmonymedia.com) or fill out the form above describing the error.
